We are in the midst of our recruiting period for new softball players 50 years and over.

The games are played in LaSalle on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10 to 12 at Parks Leroux and Ouellet. The cost is 100$ for a 40-game season. Welcome to all. Michel Doucet 514 364-4262.

The Douglas Mental Health University Institute has an innovative program called “Moving Ahead” for a better quality of life that matches a volunteer with a patient who has a mental illness and who lives in one of our foster homes in Verdun. The Champlain Adult Education Centre-Verdun Access-to-Work Pavilion located at 1050 Fifth Ave. in Verdun, offers a free Job Training Program for adults with or without Secondary V.
