Shotokan Karate

Karate communautaire Shotokan Verdun traditionnal Shotokan karate is now available in Verdun at Marcel Giroux community center, 4501 Bannantyne. Registration date is on Saturday January 29, 2005 11a.m. at the community center in promenade hall. Be early, places are limited.

Classes :

6 to 8 years old – Tuesday and Thursday from 6p.m. to 6.45p.m.

9 years old and over – Tuesday and Thursday from 7p.m. to 8p.m.

NEW CLASS : Martial arts initiation classes on Saturday from 10a.m. to 11a.m.

Family class (parent with child). Class for 12 years old and over.
