Dawson Community Centre is bringing back Line-Dancing this Spring for adults of intermediate level. Tuesday mornings 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., from March 27 to May 29, Ten weeks at $ 35.00 for 14 students or more. We have a membership card of $ 10.00, good for one year. Teacher Denyse Crête is bilingual and strong of 13 years of experience with Santé-Danse association, and ten summers at the Verdun boardwalk. The Volunteer Auxiliary of the Douglas Hospital urgently needs responsible members of our community to assist a team of dedicated volunteers in a Snack Bar available to staff and patients. We need volunteers to assist any day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. No previous experience is necessary, just a desire to share and respect the members of your community.
