The Imago Centre - Montreal and the Café de l'Artiste Verdun are proud to present on November 16th as part of the weekly talks on the Art of Relationship "Wherever I go there I am" hosted by the psychologist Dr. Julie Brochocka-Lawson. She will discuss the intricate relationship that we have with ourselves and which is the most important one that we have. By bringing mindfulness to our emotional habits, we can learn to heal our emotional wounds and map the way to satisfying relationships with others.
