Reminder About Citizens' Tuesdays and Council Meetings Schedule

The Verdun Borough hereby wishes to inform its residents that the last Citizens' Tuesdays session has been held on Tuesday, December 11, and that these private meetings with Borough councillors will then resume on Tuesday, February 12, at 6:30 p.m.

Borough Council members wish to thank all Verdunites who took part in these meetings during 2007. As it may be recalled, Citizens' Tuesdays were introduced by Borough Council in February 2006 in order to provide residents with another opportunity to get involved in the Borough's democratic life.

Next Council meeting in February 2008: please note that there will be no Borough Council meetings in January. The next meeting will take place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5, 2008.

Until Council meetings and Citizens' Tuesdays are resumed, residents may continue, as always, to contact elected officials by e-mail, at elusverdun@ville.montreal.qc.ca, or by phone, at 514-765-7010.
