Halloween Under the Spotlight!

Once again this year, Halloween will be the occasion of a colorful and entertaining event at Centre communautaire Marcel-Giroux (4501, rue Bannantyne). This year’s Halloween magic will be Hollywood’s. Let us all get together, children and adults, on Wednesday, October 31, 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event is presented by the Borough of Verdun in cooperation with Club Optimiste Verdun, a faithful participant offering its collaboration year after year.

Visitors will be experiencing a bit of the Hollywood glitter on Oscar night. Movies will be at the heart of our October 31 extravaganza. At Centre communautaire Marcel-Giroux, in disguise for the occasion, entertainment will give us the grand tour: audition scenes for children wanting to participate, salute to well-known characters from their favourite films, small museum featuring elements associated with the seventh art, only to name a few highlights.

Come in large number enjoy our Halloween under the spotlight concept. There will be surpises, make-believe movie sets, extras, paparazzi and of course, candies for kids. The admission is free.
